In the attached Word document you mentioned two addresses for CIC, New Delhi:

(2) 2nd Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bikhaji Cama Place, New Delhi – 110066
Tel: 011–26105021, Fax: 011-26105027

Please note that as of now the address (1) at Old JNU Campus is to be used to sending correspondence "By Post" as their 'Receipt and Despatch' counter is still located there. To submit Second Appeal in person also one has to go to Old JNU Campus office. For meeting most officers and also for hearing, etc one would have to go to (2) August Kranti Bhawan office.

The phone number '011-26761137' mentioned on CIC website would respond 'This telephone number does not exist'.
