Subject matter of this Application was to know who is responsible for still continuing the practice of having "Summer Vacation" for the Courts when there are Crores of cases pending with the judiciary.The jud officers of India cannot have that luxury to have such vacation, how much hectic they say their work is, when citizens of the country are denied justice!
I thought this application from my part will act as an eye opener, but i am not sure that it will be.......
