RTI to the Office of the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha regarding index and catalogue of records pertaining to the appointment of CIC and IC's in the CIC. PIO replied that the Leader of Opp. has taken up this position since December 2009 and they do not have any records before that. Filed first appeal. The FAA blindly agreed with the PIO and added that the office did not have sufficient staff to maintain records and that it had recently come under the purview of the RTI Act.
