I had filed a RTI application with the CPIO of the CIC seeking information on some of my long pending second appeals.
The CPIO replied that some of the information requested is "not maintained".
The FAA of CIC also agreed with the CPIO.
The second appeal copy is attached arguing that there is no such thing as "maintained or not maintained" in the RTI Act. The only factor to be considered is whether information is "held" or not.
