Obtaining copy of Post Mortem Hi,
My mother died in a private bus accident last year. We have already received all the necessary reports. However we missed her post-mortem report somehow while shifting the house. Can you please guide me in obtaining a copy of the same? Is it possible to request for a copy? Please help.

Re: Obtaining copy of Post Mortem
You can get a copy from the hospital which conducted the post mortem.Sponsorer
You have to get it yourself. No one on this portal can get it for you.

Re: Obtaining copy of Post Mortem
You may either approach the O/o DM and apply as per rules OR you may get it from the relevant Police Station either using RTI Application or otherwise .
