Angry Parking Laws for Letout property

    Hi,

I stay in Thane, recently purchased a car. Only 4 Parking spaces exist in my building, 3 of them are already allotted.
Building has been registered as co-op soc but conveyance is not done. Land lord is also not allowing me to park the vehicle in 4th parking place.

Also one of the owner who has been alloted with a parking has shifted to new buildinig and has given his flat on rent. His tenant doesent have a car and parking is currently vacant. I requeted the the person to whome parking is alloted, to allot the parking to me but he is not allowing me to park the vehicle in his parking space.

Can someone help me out with the exact law for letout property? Also what currently soc is under registrar's control. Can he help me in this case?

    Regards,

    Siddhesh Hardikar
