encroachment on road/gali

hello friends ,
i am new here
where i live there is a hall. some part of the hall has been developed at goverments place(service galli, small galli passage for resedence area)
i want to know about all the area devloped is legale or not
and also it doesnt have parkinng
they haved used crossing passage of resecdence area for generator
please guide me .

You may file RTI application with PIO of Municipal Corporation/Council of the Dist. for copy of map of the area & road and other details related to encroachment govt land. Please refer:unauthorised structure for help in framing your RTI application.
