Earlier I was living in south Delhi, and 4 years back , moved to Gurgaon. I reside in Kendriya vihar, which by far is the only society in Gurgaon which caters to day to day needs of a common man. But as every year passed, the water and electricity problem in this satellite city of New Delhi has been deteriorating. Now the power cuts can range from anything between to 4 hours a day to 10 hours a day and there is no water for atleast 15 hours. My question is posed to the think tank sitting in the CM's office and the town developers ? All the resources are at their disposal , knowing the next 10 year plan, when they already know that after a certain limit there will be scarcity for water and electricity, basic amenities for living, who gives them the right to dish out licenses to builders to construct new societies when they cant provide shit ? Are the illiterate who cant read papers or their heads are stuck in the toilet to make a plan for the next day , forget charting out plans for the next 5 years, because, everyday there is power failure in Gurgaon . Is there any answer to my question or everyone is sleeping in this country
