Society Prenium
R/Sir,
I Vinayak Pawar residing at Dombivili do have a querry regarding the PRENIUM paid to Society in case of auction Flat.
One of the flat in our Society on which dues were pending for long time, we filed a legal complaint against it and the result was in our favour after which one of the working Committe member took the position of it by paying the dues and without paying Society Premium. On inquiring it was said that Recovery Officer has said that in this case the TRANSFER PREMIUM does not work because the registration was between the Society and Mr X (Committe Member).
For the stipulated case no AGM was held.
My question is whether Mr X is liable to pay Society Premium?.
