Question: Seeking assistance to Framing questions

Please advise me to frame questions to get details of false complaints lodge at police station. If the otherside do not know about the nature of complaint whether cognizabel or non-cognizable offenses. It is also important to mention that investigation has no time bar hence asking for complint paper police may give an excuse under section 8 of the Act that it is under investigation.

Under such circumtances what will be appropriate questions to get compliant details.
