Unsuccessful mobile recharge and amount refund On 12th july, 2012, i had three consecutive prepaid recharge transaction of Rs.333 each for the mobile number XXXXXXX (POSTING OF MOBILE NO. IS NOT ALLOWED) from Online Recharge- Online Mobile, Dth and DataCard Recharge for Airtel,Vodafone,Reliance,BSNL,Idea,Uninor,MTS,Tata Docomo,Tata Indicom,MTNL,Loop Mobile website. But unfortunately, the mobile recharge has been failed and
Rs.999 debited from my SBI account no. #########8455. It is about 20 days for the transaction failure but the refund process isn't work. My bank statement is regularly updated but no amount is refunded till date.
I mailed at care@paytm.com several times but the company is not responding to my mails and still not get my money back. This is not the way of pursuing the online business, this is absolute case of fraud as per the IT act.
Please assist me for the this case so that i can get my money back.
