Whether Public Authority ? State Bank Of India is issuing Credit Cards through SBI Cards & Payment Services Pvt. Ltd.
Whether that SBI Cards & Payment Services is also a public Authority and whether RTI Act is applicable to it ?

RTI application can be routed through SBI for info.Please also read the threads available here:https://www.google.co.in/webhp?rlz=1...9&ix=sea&ion=1
RTI application will be as per Central RTI rules. Please refer links provided by Sh. Ajay (in post #2/just below your post) for details.
