regarding govt job on the place of parents who has expired in road accident on duty period in u.p. govt

respected sir/madam,
I want to know that can i get the job of Pharmacist/drug inspector/food inspector post on the place of my mother who was a u.p. govt employee in health department. my mother has died on duty period in road accident. i have done B.Pharma and i also want to know that the the post which we get in this situation according to our qualification or according to the post of our parents. please explain my question briefly.

a. First you apply for JOB on compensatory ground.

b. After 30/40 days file RTI application seeking action taken report (along with file notings) in the matter. Please refer:

c. You may apply with PIO of DG (M&H) U.P. and with PIO of CMO of your district seeking copies of rules related to appointments on compensatory ground.

sir I have already apply with PIO of DG (M&H) of u.p. and with PIO of CMO of my District sought the copies of rules related to appointments on compensatory ground but they never give me proper answer about the post which i can get. now what should i do ?

b. Have you filed FIRST APPEAL/SECOND APPEAL in the cases.

c. While seeking JOB on compensatory ground, you cannot put conditions from your side that you have xxxx qualification so you must be given yyyy job. That has to be dealt as per the provisions of the policy.

You can get under RTI updated copy of rules for such appointments and find out if you fit in it. You cannot get opinions under RTI.

It is better to apply for suitable post in the department where your mother worked on compensatory/humantarian grounds. If no reply is received within 3 months use RTI to seek status of your application for appointment by referring:
