my parents rented one room of the property to someone in 1976.both parties have expired.now one of their son's accquired this room after their death since 2007. he has his own house just opposite the tenanted property.
so what's the procedure for eviction (as they are denying to vacate the property).
so plz telll me what to do.
my family consists of 2 daughters [married] locally
2 sons [age 21,22] me & my wife[55,53]
how to terminate their tenancy..
