Unable to Claim PF at Kandivali PF Office

Dear Team,

I would like to know Status of my PF. I got my PF account from company as MH/BAN/48475/315870.
After contacting All Offices in Mumbai to check status for my PF I was informed My account doesn't exits.
I spoke to my Company's Corporate Team and they have sent me an acknowledgement letter Which is sent to Kandivali PF Office in which Details are mentioned such as name: Dipti Saparia and PF No 41765 & Form Type:19&10C.

I did Try to use online PF status check both by selecting Region as Bandra and Kandivali, also using PF No mentioned in Letter But I get below mentioned Error:

Invalid Member_id / Data not updated against this MH/BAN/0048475/000/0315870
Invalid Member_id / Data not updated against this MH/BAN/0041765/000/0315870
Invalid Member_id / Data not updated against this KD/MAL/0041765/000/0315870
Invalid Member_id / Data not updated against this KD/MAL/0048475/000/0315870



Pls Help Me on This issue as It appears Strange to me That my account not being Listed under any PF Office in Mumbai.

You may file a detailed complaint with PF Commissioner in writing by registered ad post and also email. After 30 days if no action is taken, use RTI by referring:
