1. The Rajasthan High Court is a public authority under the CIC and not the SIC.Sponsorer
SIC has no business of hearing cases pertaining to Rajasthan SIC.
2. The order is well reasoned - BUT there was no need to remand it back to the FAA. With that kind of reasoning, the SIC itself should have ordered the disclosure of information.
3. It is clear the SIC wants to keep the Hc in good humour.
