Regarding Passport

Hi All ,

i have question to ask becz i am applying for passport from new delhi under normal scheme.

well i been staying on my current address for 9 months now ... and my HDFC bank statements support that, I been reading stuff that passport office dont accept pvt banks statements, but there website only mention that/statement of running bank account only as one of the address proof.

Please suggest me ... how to go ahead in this case, becz it really dont mention that they need only nationalize bank statements only and wht they always ask for.

If there response is the same, can i ask for RTI form from them ....
