Online Land Record

I have purchased a house property in Agra last year. Its purchased from a secy of society which is registered & have online land records of that particular Khasra No.
But online record of my house purchased from him in that society is not there.

1. Is it OK?
2. How to check it? I mean I could not find my name in that online record. WHY??
3. How to apply for separate online land record if its not there?
