17 years gone - society not will to tranfer plat

Myself Rupesh Waradkar and I am Writhing on Behalf of my father.
My Father entered in Sale Agreement with a a lady.Sale agreement dated 13/12/94 for rs.171000 and paid rs.90000 to the lady and took the possesion But that Person refused to take balance amt & started threatning to disposs us from said room.
we filed a case in city civil court and deposited rs.81000 in court but she remain absent in court and order was passed that no one can remove us from room.
Obtained noc from society for tranfer of electricity bill So Electicity bill and ration card are in my name.
we are paying the maintanince bill of society in name of lady by cheque.
we filed nomination form of society which says that i am member of society and hold share certificate which is signed by society and stamped on it.
But society is not giving me share certificate & not changing name in mentainence bill and not acception us as member.
