Two Wheeler Registration issue in Thane.
Greetings,
I wat to buy 2 wheeler in thane and we live in a rented house with rental agreement .... although we have PAN CARD, ELECTION ID, PASSPORT documents with us,,,, WITH OUR PERMANENT ADDRESS DETAILS in khandwa,,, automotive dealers refused to take our booking for a 2 wheeler,,, as they say RTO thane will not accept it,,, in case we pay bribe of 1500,, they can consider our booking,,, but we objected to it,, however as reality prevails we suffer...what is the way out????

Bank statement can be consider as Address proof for vehicle registration
