First Appellate Authority for Tahsildar.
Sir/ Madam,
I send RTI application to sub divisional office Dahanu by speed post, asking for the documents attested for taking caste certifiacte by Mr. XYZ. But SDO through his letter replied that the said documents are send to the tahsildar's office for which my said RTI application is also forwarded at Tahsildar's Office Dahanu.
Therefore, I send a reminder letter with letter of SDO and photocopy of application along with Reg A.D on 4/7/12 by speed post which was received by the Tahisildar Office on 5/7/12.
But till date I have not received any type of reply form the said office, and I want to go for first appeal. So plz guide me for for the First Appellate Authority and also the Second Appellate Authority.
