Regarding appeal with cic
Hounerabe members
Kindly clarify whether appeal with CIC can only be filed online or offline is also allowed.
2. How many copies of apeal application be sent to the CIC.
3.whether copies of appeal is also to be sent to the CPIO and Ist appleate authority along with CIC

a. You can file the same offline/online as per your convenience.
b. IN 2 (two) copies to CIC.
c. One copy each for PIO and AA.
Means 5 (five) copies are required 2 (two) for CIC + 2 (two) for PA (PIO & AA) + 1(one) for own reference.

Hard copy procedure is advisable to avoid signed copy drama.
