Candidates who have not passed exam can inspect their answersheets even if any dispute is going on related to recruitment
" The Respondent submitted that the recruitment process is still on going and that the Appellant is not
in the zone of consideration. Since from the Respondent’s submission it is evident that theAppellant has not passed the examination, the Commission is of the opinion that disclosure of information related to the Appellant will not in any way adversely affect the recruitment process. The PIO is therefore directed to allow the Appellant to inspect her own answer sheet. As for the cut off marks this information may be provided as and when the selection process is completed, since the cut off marks have not yet been finalized , as per submission of the Respondent. In the event the cutoff marks are finalized by the time this Order is received by the Respondent, then the same to be
provided to the Appellant within 15 days of receipt of this Order.
4. The Respondent at this point of time stated that the question paper and the model answer sheet
cannot be provided since there is an ongoing dispute regarding the selection process by OBC
candidates.
5. On careful consideration of the Respondent’s submission, the Commission is not convinced that the
disclosure of question paper and model answer sheet will impact in anyway on the ongoing dispute
by OBC category candidates since the exam has already been given by all the candidates and the
marks have also been given. The PIO is therefore directed that the question paper and model
answer be furnished to the Appellant within two weeks of receipt of this Order. "
