How we get compensation for RTI
When a RTI petition is not responded by PIO or Head of the dept. any govt office between the stipulated time,the petitioner have to appeal to appealed authority or commissioner .If the matter dispose by the commissioner after more than 3months who will bear the fine,means how petitioner get compensation ?

Applicant - Appellant has to suffer a lot and then prove it to the IC .Sponsorer
