mhada resale flat registration and stamp duty
i would like to know whats the procedure to register a resale flat in mhada chandivali..i purchased it 7years ago from the ex owner and has still not got my name on the building board..i need to know how can i go about registering my name n also if stamp duty i required and what is the cost involved...thanks
