Right to Way What are rules in residential area regarding car parking ? what if my neighbor does not give me a way to go and come by parking his car before the front of his house and street is not such wide to allow another car to cross ? what if cars of the residents remain parked in the street 24*7 and 360 days in year ?
pls. suggest me the way to solve it.
