Post Help Unlawful interferance in Business by local administration & politicians

    Dear Members

I m facing lots of problem n my position is worst this time. My father is running brick kiln business at Baba Bakala. Our lease is expired & we have filed appeal for "Stay" with hon'ble session courts amritsar. The landowner(X party) has not given any notice to stop our plant & to take possession in legal way. He is stealing baked bricks & we caught him red handed twice & taken to local police station. But inspire of registering case against the accused, policpressuring us to go for compromise as they got call from their so called Politicians. Due to interference of local politicians we are not able to bring our stock out. We have informed Hon'ble Deputy Commissioner, A.D.C.(Dev.), S.S.P.(Rural) via registered post regarding the case. But no action had been taken till date. When ever we tried to take stock out of plant, the accused threatens us n not allowing to take our manufactured bricks out. We had taken advance payment cheques from other govt department's like panchayats etc for providing them bricks. But as we are not able to provide, they could take action against us. Sufficient stock is lying to complete orders of departments. We have approached to Distt. Dev. & Penchayat nt officer(D.D.P.O.) & also to Distt. food & Civil Supply Controller(D.F.S.C.) but they are also neglecting our problem as political interference.

As the matter is subjudice , you may seek relief from the court . RTI may not be effective to solve your problem under such circumstances .
You may though seek Action taken Report on your Complaints to various Authorities .

Re: Help Unlawful interferance in Business by local administration & politicians

Dear Mr. Malhotra, want to take into kind notice of that no action has been taken to my complaints till date. What to expect from these sleeping govt. brokers. they only come to job to collect their commissions for people n to serve their 'Akaas'. I am loosing my material n manufactured goods in Lacs Amount on daily basis, but no authority is taking our side n helping us.

And as far as judiciary is concerned, we have to wait for atleast 6 months to get 1 genuine hearing date. In the mean time to whom I should go ask for help. I believe in judiciary, that y I'm waiting for my turn, but what to proove n how to proove the facts without base level evidences. No evidence will remain same upto that time & moreover court will give decision only on provided proofs which would have been manipulated. So last option for me is that either I go against law n fight for my rights myself , or after the filling case among courts, wait for my financially loss n for mentally Harassment. Is it this equality or is it Law ??? Shame to have this kind of system. It's better then not to have any rules then. Kill others and get whatever u want....that's it.
