Hi,

I would like to know about parking lot allotment to society member.

As per act, Commitee can allot parking space on First COme First Basis. This rule can be applicable if no. of parking space is mre than no. of member request.

But if subsequently no. of cars increased than parking space available, then allotment of car space should be continue as First Come First or need to have lottery system for every year.
