How to get the medical store licence and petrol bunk licence

Dear friends

I plan to open Medical store and Petrol Bunk, please some one help me how to get licence for these things,
for medical store licence, pharmaceutics board they are asking D pharmacy marks card but i have not done D-pharmacy now how to get the licence, and please help me on both things
