Need Help: RTI from the University

Dear All,

I had filled an RTI with a University ,after leaving the job for obtaining information of my full and final statement the PIO of the university replied that the information cannot be given and to file an appeal if i am not satisfied .

Since the PIO is Deputy Registrar and appeal is to be filled with Registrar . So as per the circumstances they will not provide me the information .

Kindly suggest what step to be taken for obtaining the information .

You have to file first appeal before resorting to second appeal with State Information Commission. Please refer:
