    What is the new rules for parking space allotment under the BMC new DCR amendment 2012

    Dear Sir,

    My building is going for redevelopment, the builder has informed us that we would be alloted parking as per the BMC rules wanted to know whether i would be alloted a parking in the new building as o now we are occupying 250 sr ft and we would be alloted 385 sqft in the new building.

    Kindly let me know at earliest.
