Regarding issue of my ST caste certificate in Azamgarh district of Uttarpradesh

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Ranjeet, residing in Latghat of Azamgarh district in Uttarpradesh, belong to GOND community and which comes under the scheduled tribe caste. But the problem is that the certificate issuing authority ( Sagadi Tahsil) is not issuing my caste certificate stating that the GOND caste certificate cannot be issued here. I recently found the list of scheduled tribes in india from Census of India Website : Office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner, India where it is clearly mentioned that GOND caste comes under ST.

So, I request you to pls provide me following details:

Want to know how can i get this caste certificate ?

To whom i may apply to know my RTI ?

What should I have to do to get my ST caste certificate from Azamgarh District / Uttarprades pradesh government ?

Hon'ble member-You may submit the R.T.I. communique under subsection 1 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005 before D.M. Ajamgarh to seek aforesaid information with request to made available sought information within stipulated time as specified under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right too Information Act 2005.
