DEAR Friends,

Is there any stipulation w.r.t. the number of questions those can be asked in one RTI application.

I have heard from various sources that PIOs can refuse to answer more than three questions. Is it true?

As per the new rules your queries should not exceed 500 words [ exclude address/fees etc ] no limit on questions

Is it under Central or State Government ?
Which State Government ?

1. State Govt (the states you can provide info for).
2. Central Govt.

Karnataka: 150 word limit. Only one subject
Maharashtra: 150 word limit. Only one subject matter.
