My name is Rajiv Ranjan Kumar. I have completed graduation in textile engineering from Shivaji university kolhapur (D.K.T.E TEXTILE & ENGINEERING COLLEGE ICHALKARANJI) IN 1994. Presently I am working with Bhavik Terry Fab (an unit of KG Petrochem) located at Keswana Industrial area, Kotputli, Rajsthan since 19th of December 2011 as General Manager weaving. My previous job was with Modern Terry Towels, where I had joined as Joint Voice President (Weaving) as on dated 23rd Feb 2011. After few months of joining I was not satisfied with the working atmosphere and culture of the factory, working was just like a old ntc mill and they were paying once in a two to two and half month. There was no scope for me to proove myself. I got an appartunity in the month of Dec 2011 to Bhavik Terry Fab. I officially resigned by forwarding mail from my official i.d to my immediate boss and in c.c kept h.r head and plant head. As per appointment letter provided after one week of joining there are terms for 03 months of notice and also there are probation period of 06 months. While I didn't got any confirmation letter. After my resign plant head was too much angry and just replied to me and h.r head that I must be relieved by today itseff with all the dues cleared. They relieved me same day, while I had not written to relieve same day. I was told that your full and final shall be deposited to your bank account but till date they have not deposited any money and also they are talking to deduct 03 months basic salary as notice. I mailed several time but remain un repllied. Even the are telling that Modern has not paid any body and same will happen to you so it is better to forget the same. Please suggest what to do?
