As per judgement of hon'ble Supreme Court all doctors and hospitals are supposed to supply all papers of medical treatment to patient or his heirs or his blood relatives.

RTI will not work for a private hospital , neither there is need for the same .
Family members can otherwise too get the information of this kind .

there is a problem here; how does the hospital identify the heirs or blood relatives? apart from the patient, the person who signed the consent form or other documents is the only person eligible to get the records from a private hospital.
