Question: Related to Departmental Exam in Para military forces and getting info about obtained mark

Hello!
being a memmber of CPMF can i get the details of obtained marks of condidates in Departmental Exam.Is this info can be denied in the shadow of II nd schedule of RTI.

By the way what is CPMF? In future please avoid abbreviations which are not common all over India, since large number of members may get confused.

Sir,Is the decision of Madras High court related to Section 24 is also applied to the department listed in IInd schedule of RTI Act2005.I mean is this also applicable when I ask information related to Departmental Examination for Promotion in CPMF i.e. CENTRAL PARA MILITARY FORCES. I have asked to give me the marks obtained by the successful and not successful candidates after different stages of selection procedure and final cut off marks for the said Exam from ITBP which was nodal agency to conduct LDCE (limited departmental competitive Examination) for selection As AC(GD) i.e.Asst. Commandant for para military forces like BSF,ITBP,CRPF,SSB. CPIO of ITBP and 1st Appellate authority have denied the information to me citing that the asked info does not fall in category and more over the organisation is Listed in IInd schedule of the ACT.But I am sensing irregularity in selection procedure. what should I do. Please help me with it.

is there appointed any PIO/ FAA for the same office ???? if they are not covering under RTI than why ??? they are only for answering " we are in IInd schedule ????

just read out again sec 24(1) Nothing contained in this Act shall apply to the intelligence and security organisations specified in the Second Schedule, being organisations established by the Central Government or any information furnished by such organisations to that Government:
Provided that the information pertaining to the allegations of corruption and human rights violations shall not be excluded under this sub-section:

Should I have to prove the allegation of corruption that I am sensing in the selection procedure of AC(GD) Asst Commandant through LDCE i.e Limited Departmental Competitive Examination in Para Military Forces for getting information regarding awarded marks to selected and not selected candidates at different stages of the selection before filling second appeal as 1st appelate authority has also denied the information sought by me who was unfortunately also the member of the Interview Board for the same selection committee . But still i am not convinced with the final result of this exam .Please help me with this any one.
