Question: How to take action against Co-Operative Housing Society registered with fake/ bogus members?

Dear Experts,
In my plot where I am residing there is one Tenant Co-partnership Housing Society redeveloping their building illegally utilizing T.D.R. of our Chawl. Conveyance deed of the Society shows that the granter had conveyed the plot save and excepting land and structure of our Chawl. Therefore the said deed was mere a license and the said society cannot claim the ownership rights. Now when I found the said deed of conveyance, I verified that at the time of registration of the said Society the members were bogus registered in the year 1973. The names of present members which we were watching since the old building constructed are not reflected in the original list of members registered in the deed of 1973. On inspection under RTI at the office of the Dy. Registrar there is no record found of the earlier members of the said registered society nor the Registration Certificate found. The Office tendered me the zerox copies in existence after 1991, but refused to give certified copies. Please tell me how to take action against the said present members who came to reside in the building with a fraud. This is a rare case which I could not found in matters after I made a search and inquiry. Please guide me how to take action.
