Browsing for information on RTI, I came across XXXXXXXXXXXXX that says it helps you in sending RTI queries online. Curious, I checked it out but seems they do not answer after taking your Rs 150. I have referred the matter to Internet Crime Cell. If any of you have already fallen prey to these guys, you can lodge a complaint either with IC3 or with any of the addresses mentioned at India Cyber Lab - Powered by NASSCOM 4e Framework.

Also, the conclusion that XXXXXXXXXXXXXX is fraud was not based on my own experience only. I ran a search for "XXXXXXXXXXXXX fraud" that resulted in several consumer forums discussing about the website.

I thought I should inform you all so that you stay away from it. It is tempting to get work done by paying some extra money but then, not everyone is trustworthy on the Internet.
