I am member of the above housing society.The society asked me to pay about Rs.23000.00 about a year ago. I have bee asking details as well as basis of this amount as it is over and above the maintenance charges. So far No reply has been given.
Recently,the Society management asked me to pay another Rs.6500 over and above the Property Tax to be paid to NMMC. This time,they enclosed minutes of the meeting stating"It has been unanimously agreed to pay this amount" but without giving any details. They are not providing any details in spite of my repeated e-mails.

Since my flat is vacant & locked and I live in Delhi, I am unable to take up the matter personally.

I shall be grateful for advice through this forum.

So far I have not paid above amounts ,but I am paying maintenance charges regularly.
