Samna (Hindi) News paper Mumbai edition dt,22-08-2012 Publish article about Rs.25,000/- Penalty under section 20 (1) of RTI act, 2005 on Dr.Rakesh Verma, Public Information Officer cum Assistance Dean of (LTMG) Sion hospital (Mumbai) on 21-08-2012 by Hon'ble Maharashtra State Chief Information Commissioner for not provide information nor reply since 500 days by which Dr.Verma was held GUILTY for willfully breach section 7 (1) of RTI act, 2005.
GOOD EXAMPLE FOR THE PERSON WHO DISOBEY CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OF RTI act, 2005.
