Our society has a plot(ownership) of 3072 sqmtrs. Each flat has approx 410sqft carpet.There are 64 flats in our society.Our managing committee is pushing for a builder who is offering 40sqft only in addition to other non fsi area like flower beds, dry area etc. What i want to know is what is the extra area that I must get as a matter of right. This is quite urgent as the meeting is scheduled for t'morrow.     |
