On Record Copies to get Information from AndhraBank
1. You allegation that your oral complaint made on 22.07.2008 was not registered with the branch is not true. Based on your complaint only, branch conducted necessary enquiries with the staff and verified their cash immediately on the same day and confirmed to you orally that there was no loss of cash at their end because of which only you would have lodged complaint with the Police on the same day.
The above given in point1 is given reply by bank. i would like to send RTI application which is on record for above point. Please help me in framing the RTI application. In one of the reply i have received from bank stated that we have not registered the complaint on that date.
