Revalulation Results haven't declared by IGNOU Since 7 months.

Dear Sir, my name is Mohit . I am a BCA student of IGNOU. My enrolment number is 083056266.

1.
I took addmission there in July 2008 for 3 years degree course. I submitted my fee in July 2008 and given exams of first semester in December 2008. My regional Centre is Karnal(HR) and Study centre is Rohtak (HR). As per the instruction given by regional centre I submitted my second semester's fee in March to appear in second sememster exam in June 2009 but they didn't allow me to appear in exam and said I registered at wrong time. I was guided wrongly. I received my study material late. It spoiled 6 months of my life. I was very dipressed with it.

Secondly, whenever I give exam with good performance, they dont check my papers well. They always give me good marks when I submit revaluation form. It happens with me in every examination. After revaluation the difference of Marks are always upto 15. You can understand that increase of 15 marks show how they evaluate the papers. They dont work on time. I faced many problem during my course and sent more than 1000 emails to them but they didnt ever resolve my problem on time. I had to give my exams in July 2011 and since my course was delayed by 6 months it should have happend in Dec 2011. I have completed all my courses but in December 2011 I again got re-appear in 2 subjects Cs-73 and Cs-74. As usual, I again submitted my revaluation form in February 2012. Since then they have not yet declared the results.I sent many emails and contact them via phone several time but they don't reply. IGNOU has spoiled one year of my career even if I am a good student. I always do my best in papers. They are being a money eater Org. I am not the only student, its happening with thousands of IGNOU students. Please help me. I am very dipressed.



It has been more than 7 months and they are not declaring my result. They even don't pick my calls now.
