I am a teacher. I wanted to pursue a distance course to enhance my qualification and try get a government job. Due to attendance shortage the course coordinator turned down my chance to go to the next level in third methodology in B.Ed. The attendance shortage was in contact classes which generally is not mandatory since it is a distance programme. But strangely SVU,DDE has made it compulsory, and I lost the chance. The worst thing is that they never informed that I failed to have enough attendance to attend next level of the course.
I feel that this will be my last chance to get a government job and that chance seems to be lost due the act of Directorate of Distance Education.
Any clue how to file a case against them and get justice?
Please help me.
