    Transfer of Membership

    Respected sir,

    I was purchased Flat No. oo4, A-45, Sector - 3, Shanti Nagar, Mira road East, Thane-401107 on 14/08/2010 and submitted all the document to society transfer related to the Society on the same day but upto date society not transferred the above flat in my name, even they are not depositing the maintenance cheque issued by me and they charging interest from time to time.
    please help me on the same matter.
