I have sent 1 st Appeal to Telecom Dept on 01-08-2012 as on today i have not received reply, How long i have to wait ?

The FAA has 30 days to hear your First Appeal .He can take another 15 days provided he gives the reasons for the extra time taken, in writing. Better wait till 20/09/12 and in case of no response proceed ahead with 2nd Appeal.
