RTI query to the Office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner

    Dear Friends,

I am willing to post an RTI query to the Office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner, India asking them to provide me Community Development Block Maps of Howrah District in the State of West Bengal. I am presently located in Kolkata. Now my question is:

    1. Should I write to the CPIO in the Map Division of Census Office at New Delhi or should I write to the CPIO at the Regional Census Office in Kolkata? Who is the CPIO & Appellate Authority in the Directorate of Census Operation, West Bengal?

    2. How should I pay the amount of Rs. 10/-? If it is by Money Order / Postal Order / Demand Draft, then on whose name they should be drawn?

    rgds

    Nobody wants to help?
