Regarding less PF received.

Hi,
I have a PF account with EPFO bangalore KN/BNG/15536/1352.

The PF account mentioned above was containing my ex-employers PF also.
Few months back I have filed the withdrawal request with above account and last month some amount has been credited in my account in two parts.

i was received the Amount of Rs. 91485.(on dated 07.03.2012)By NEFT in a two part (Rs.84855 & Rs.6630). against the claim but sir as per the PF deducted by my company(SPML Infra Ltd.) is Approximately up to Aug,2010 Rs.1,34,434/-(EE& ER) the details are as follow:

So, sir kindly suggest me i have mail to my company (SPML Infra Ltd) regarding clarification but they are not reply to me even i am also try to EPF Bangalore but no clarification or answer received.also please suggest me regarding legal provision because company(SPML Infra Ltd.) is also not reply ?

In case if less amount is credited to your account and if employer is not replying, please lodge complaint with PF Commissioner under whose jurisdiction the employer has office. He will take action against employer if need be. Please send all the evidence with representation. Also send copy of this complaint to Head of the employer company. If PF Commissioner does not take any action in a month or so use RTI by referring:
