To get information about RTI on chairman and secratory of Co op housing society in gujarat

Hello sir / Madam,

I would like to know about chairman's detail and secratory's detail who are of CO operative housing society in gujarat.

I have a doubt that these guys history may harm our society's future.

I want to know about these guys details like as below

what was there job ?? In which department did they have job ?

Is there any judiciary action against them in history ???

Is there any name changed before joining society ???

I want to get some details of expense what they have done like on some work, on law fees etc????

how can i RTI on these guys ???

Please let me know so i can work on it

You may file an RTI with PIO , O/o Registrar of Societies . If Information is held by the Public Authority , it will be disclosed as per provisions of RTI Act .

But I must say this much of Information may not be held by the O/o Registrar , since it may not be necessary for the functions they are performing .

I would like know about PIO ??? where is it situated in ahmedabad ???/ can i get personal details of secratory and chairman ????

according to their neighbors those guys history is not straight, they did some big mistakes in the past which may effect our future of society.

Each department/office has a PIO.

You can file a RTI application with the PIO of the office of the Registrar of Cooperative societies of the city where that society is located. Details of PIO will be available on the website of the organisation/department, under the "RTI" link. Or simply call that office and ask "Who is the PIO in your office under the RTI Act 2005. I want to file a RTI application." ?

Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for Gujarat.
