Question: Want details of electricity connection - BSES Delhi

Hi!

Some illegal occupants of my property have managed to get electricity connections installed. I want to know what documents they provided to get the connections sanctioned, since landlord's permission and property documents are required. Since BSES does not come under the RTI act, is there any other body I can get this information from?

(1). First complain to the Revenue/corporation authorities of your area.


(2). If no cation in 30 days, file RTI application to the corporation to know the status of our application.

thanks for the reply. by corporation, do you mean the municipal corporation? do they have authority over electrical connections?

I think BSES is being regulated by Delhi Electricity Regulatory Authority [ DELHI ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION]. In that case use following links:
